In the setting box, I went to the faculty reset option, which may have caused it to get locked by mistake. Now he is asking for an 8 digit password which I don't know.

"Ordered a Direct TV satellite reflector and received it. It apparently was the incorrect one. I called and talked about returning it and purchasing the correct reflector which was more expensive. Their response was that since I ordered the original online, instead of through a customer service representative, I would have to pay for the return shipping. Additionally, I could be charged a subjective 25% restocking fee on top of that. BEWARE OF THE COMPANY.

I ordered the EasyUp 18' TV Antenna Chimney Mount Y Bracket (EZ29-36) and even though the instructions show the need for 2 threaded U bolts, they are NOT included. The instructions actually indicate the mast is not provided, which I wouldn't expect it to be but the U bolts? Why would I want an installation kit that does not provide the basic parts for the installation? Next time I'll just go to Home Depot where I can see what is and what isn't included instead of wasting my time waiting for a partial installation kit to be delivered. Now I have to waste more time and money sending this back. I won't buy anything from these guys again nor recommend them to anyone.

Tech support is non Existent

Ordered Directv multiswitch and LNB. After installing both items, an error was being displayed on my tv. I emailed for technical support. Got 1 reply. After that I was ignored after several follow up emails

9/27/2018 Ordered switches and paid for next day shipping..

Following day received an email that switches were backordered.

I called.. CSREP It was estimated at 4-7 BIZ days...

I asked if I could refund my order for overnight..

Was told that if I cancelled my overnight it would taken longer going ground.

EX: 7 Biz days and then ground shipment..

OCT 2nd received an email stating switches were shipped...

After checking tracking the switches were ground shipped 9/28/18....!

SSignal knew this yet tried to keep the overnight fee!

I received switches on 10/4/2018

After calling Signal CSRep and laying out the timeline they offered me the difference between overnight groundshipping..

Due to the obvious untruth about the actual shipping method I will never due business with SSIGNAL again..

I had to give my customer a consideration for having him wait...

You think SSIGNAL would give there customer (ME!) a better consideration!

Update nearly two months after order was placed: Still missing items from the original order. Contacted the vendor and never received a response. Do not do business with this company.

I placed an order for more than 1000 dollars in parts. I was informed that some of the items were backordered.

I was all right with this. However, the first batch that arrived contained parts that I didn't order and shorted me on parts that I did order. The second shipment contained some of the parts that were backordered. I placed this order on 9/5 and as of 9/26 I am still waiting for the rest of the items, including some that were not said to be backordered.

I emailed them once about it, got a response that answered half of my questions pertaining to my order status.

I emailed them a second time and was ignored. Spend your money with someone who will actually ship your items.

False Advertising

Solid Signal plainly states in their adds "hassle free" returns. I ordered 2 items in January of 2018 one item I confirmed it was the correct item with Solid Signal before I ordered it and after I received it I found it was not needed. The other item did not work and did not come with proper software. Contacted Solid Signal and they would NOT pay for return shipping so now I am stuck with 2 useless items. There was also a transcript of our online chat and it was confirmed that I was looking for proper technical advice and the wrong advice was given, They had a very arrogant "gotcha" attitude as if they could care less about satisfying a customer over a $12 shipping charge.

Don't waste your time.

Placed an order on 3/7 and paid for 2nd day air. Todays date is 3/12 and recieved an email stating that the item i purchased cannot be delivered to a PO box and that tbe order should not have been allowed without a physical address. I was not told that they wonr deliver to a PO box on my initial order. So thanks for wasting my time. I reccomend to all ro never pay for 2nd or next day air unless you have money to waste. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL...

Solid Signal Shipping Service Review

So far not so good. I placed an order on November 8th, got an email saying the item was on back order and would take up to 7 days. It is now November 26th and still nothing. Moving on. Waiting for a email response from a representative, but not holding my breath.

Abysmal experience. Made a purchase evening of 12/22. On 12/29, it still had not shipped, so I emailed in and Thomas replied, expecting a further update the following day. None was received, so I called on 12/31, and was told the warehouse staff had all gone home, and to expect a phone call Monday (1/4). That phone call never occurred. I called on the evening of 1/4 and was told by Thomas, again, that there was no information, and to expect a call 1/5. He stated he suspected the product was on backorder, and I requested the order be cancelled if it could not be shipped by the next day. After lunch 1/5 (having received no call), I checked order status online and it was cancelled. I understand there were two holidays during this experience, but there was still several business days for my purchase to ship. Additionally, at no point did the website or my order status indicate the product was on backorder. How long was I supposed to wait?? Will never do business here again.

P3 International P3IP7825 Under hood Animal Chaser (P3IP7825) ,ordered 5 and unbelievably all of them not working, yes all 5 doesnt work. Trying to call, not luck, manager suppose to call me, no one did.

Please do not buy nothing from this company, totally ripped off. Cant send back without manager authorization, unbelievably . When I did call again they told me, this is impossible all 5 broken, period

Worst customer Server for a return ever

Worst ordering experience ever. I placed an order after hours at night and then did not need the item. I requested a cancellation less than 1 hour after the initial order was placed. 4 days later I get an email from the "cancellation" team stating they cannot cancel the order that it had already been shipped. I replied the order should have never made it out of the door and should have been cancelled. They stated to refuse the order and have it sent back and I would be credited. I refused the package and a couple days later I received my refund minus a $21 return fee. I contacted their customer support today and have never been so disappointed in a company with the way they treated me. I have been a return customer and have recommended them many times but not after this. The pretty much told be that I am out the money and that they never refund tax. How can that be legit? From now on they will never be recommended or shopped from again. Very bad customer service

Yeah, I just got hosed by them too.

I ordered the new model of Genie Go 2 and somehow (broken link I expect) they sent me the old model. First their customer service department told me they couldn't find the item on their web site. They asked me for the model number. They refused to do anything about it except RMA with me paying shipping. Also, when I ordered the web site offered me "expedited processing" for $2 which led you to believe they would get it out that day. They didn't get it out that day and that is just tough, according to them. They said it was too late in the day and when I asked why then did I get the offer of expedited shipping, no answer. I have been a good customer for a long time but that is it for me. Lots of other retailers out there and I suggest you try them instead of these guys.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ORDERED A IMAX 2000 CB RADIO ANTENNA FOR $127.00 FROM THEM WHEN I GOT IT THE TOP OF THE ANTENNA WAS BENT VERY BADLY I CONTACTED THEM WITH NO RESPONCE SO I CALLED THE IMAX 2000 COMPANY AND HE SAID IF I CAN PROVE WITH A RECEPT THAT HE WOULD REPLACE THE TOP PEICE FOR ME I GOT THE TOP PEICE FROM THEM IN ABOUT A WEEK LATER VERY GOOD COMPANY WHEN I GOT IT ALL TOGETHER I WENT TO ADJUST THE SWR RINGS ON THE ANTENNA AND COME TO FIND OUT IT WOULD NOT ADJUST AS THE LOWER HALF OF THE ANTENNA WAS ALSO NO GOOD PLEASE BE VERY CAREFULL IF YOU BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
